Flame retardant sheath, commonly formed by polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with flame retardant properties and flame retardant polyethylene (FRPE); when there is many tight buffer or the cable diameter is large, in order to ensure the cable has good bending performance, the tight buffer must be twisted with aramid yarn to form a completed fiber optic cable.
