Deep well submersible pump Main features

a) Submersible motor adapts YQS type water-filled wet structure, internal chamber was filled with water for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearing.
b) For preventing the sand getting into the motor, the sand-preventing unit including sand slinger and skeleton oil-sealed was installed in the upper part of motor, the whole motor was sealed tightly.
c) There are water injection hole and exhaust hole in the upper part of the motor and discharge hole in the lower part.
d) There are thrust bearing and thrust collar, mainly for sustaining remnant axial force of pump and the empty weight of motors rotor.
e) The winding of motor stator adopts water-proof electromagnetic wire

Materials:

Delivery casing: non-corrosive medium: cast iron HT200; mildly corrosive medium: anticorrosive coating, chemical treatment; moderately corrosive medium:stainless steel 304; strongly corrosive medium: stainless steel 316, stainless steel 316L, tin bronze 3861.
Shaft: Choose the material according to the medium. Non-corrosive medium: 45# Cold-drawn steel with chrome plating shaft;moderately corrosive medium: 2Cr13, 3Cr13; strongly corrosive medium: duplex stainless steel.

Our company started to build our new factory in 2013 and finished in Spring of 2014. The new factory is located in Lincheng Xingtai Hebei, covering 67,000 m² and of annual design annual casting capacity 3,000 tons. In the new factory, we can produce different parts from small to huge. Casting & machining orders are welcome as well.
