PTC heating elements:
1. Working Voltage rang: 12-240V AC/DC or customized
2. Surface Temperature: 70°C~300°C , the temperature tolerance less
than ±5°C.
3. The lead wire, fiber glass sleeve, insulate film and shells can
customized according to per customers requirements.
Unlike traditional heating elements that use a resistance wire such
as Nichrome to generate heat,PTC heating elements are made as
ceramic stones, ase on barium titanate.
They have unique characteristics as semeconductors and their
ferro-electric propertise can be precisely determined during their
design.
