B,Main structure and characters:
This channel machine is composed by 3T passive uncoiler punching
station, main forming machine,cutting unit, hydraulic
station,computer cabinet,output table.
One machine can produce several shape products as panel profile.
The different size of channel is adjusted by the spacers between up
and downside rollers. Because the design of these spacers is half
circle, then two joint together, so when adjusting, needn’t remove
the rollers, so it is very easy and convenient.
Due to cutting after forming, so when change different
specification, need to change the cutting mould.
