Straightening features:
1, ultra precision leveling machine is designed for the material thickness of 0.05-0.3mm, width of thin material material punching leveling 0-200mm and professional design automation equipment, materials, especially suitable for thin stainless steel, copper, iron leveling and aluminum sheet thickness is thin, can achieve perfect leveling effect.
2, ultra precision leveling machine through the operation of electrical control, inverter control the speed at the same time, through the induction machine to achieve the start and stop, the leveling effect mainly depends on the upper and lower roller synchronous transmission, and adjust the gap between the upper and lower roller to achieve the leveling effect.
3, only 19 leveling roller (9, 10 arranged) with rolling bearing GCr15 steel after quenching and tempering, frequency quenching, hard chrome plated surface hardness can reach HRC60 ~ 62 degrees, the size precision of 0.01mm, increase the wear resistance and leveling accuracy.
4, leveling roller transmission universal joint will not hurt the work surface, the operation of forced lubrication, to ensure that the machine can be in a long time in an accurate state of processing.
