1, the plate leveling machine is applicable to 1 ~ 6.0mm thick metal roll leveling, its use worm structure to replace the ordinary leveling machine screw press (driven by the cylinder material movement in the leveling machine, in) is adjusted through rotating the handwheel, simple and convenient adjustment, rotating wheel circle, leveling round only drop 1mm, simple operation, fast speed, high accuracy.
2, leveling roller: 7 (4/, 5) using high strength rolling bearings, steel quenching and tempering, high-frequency quenching, surface chromium grinding. Surface hardness up to HRC60-62o. With a high degree of steel, strength and abrasion resistance, up and down leveling roller using large modulus synchronous transmission gear, the correction of large, non friction surface of the material will not scratch the material.
3, feed roller parts: feed roller using pneumatic compression device, can produce enough tensile force, the material to the leveling roller, and is synchronous rotation. The same is made of high strength rolling bearing steel, hardened and plated by grinding. It has the same strength, steel and abrasion resistance as the leveling roll.
The 4 part: the power, large power motor (5-7HP) with worm reducer (30:1) with chain transfer to the straightening machine leveling material, can produce the leveling force larger, inverter control motor speed, convenient and reliable.
5, leveling adjustment part: fine tuning parts using worm gear rod fine-tuning device. High accuracy, high pressure and easy operation.
6, the feeding part is provided with a feed plate will hold the head into the feeding cylinder, cylinder with adjustable feeding angle.
