4, leveling roller material adopts bearing steel, by heat treatment quenching HRC, 60 degrees after plating hard chromium, then grinding, high hardness, wear resistance, long life.
5. The bearings on both sides of the roller are free of oil and without lubrication. They are wearable and free from oil or dirt.
6, frequency control speed, material operation process is not easy to shake deformation, to ensure high precision leveling needs.
7, the inlet and outlet are equipped with inlet and outlet wheel assembly, convenient feeding and discharging.
