Function:
1.use the ceramic anilox to transfer ink
2.unwinding and rewinding by magnetic brake,clutch control(
optional:mitsubishi auto tension controller)
3.use 360 degree plate adjusted for printing unit

5.the ink roller will be off automatically when stop, and low speed
running, to prevent the water ink drying

Inspection:
we have own QC department in our factory to make sure that our
products are all in very good quality before ship out to our
customers
Quality control:
Before order to the production department, we will confirm the
order for the equipment and the extra requirement and datasheet
again with the customers
We will inspect the different process of the production from the
beginning, and update the status of the order with our customer by
sending photos or videos
Each parts of machine will be checked carefully before packaging
Before shipment, customer could sent one QC or point the third
party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients
when problems occurred
