Q2: What about the warranty of steel cable ties products?
A2: The quality warranty for our steel cable ties is 36 months
under normal usage. In case there is a product defect, we will
refund the customers or send replacements.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A3:Usually for new customers, we require a 30% T/T on order
confirmation and balance to pay at the time of shipment. While for
our regular customers, less or no deposit will be acceptable for us
and an VIP customer may not need to pay anything until they receive
the goods.
Q4: How soon can you get my order delivered?
A4: Generally, the lead time for an medium volume order is 20 - 35
days while for small orders we can ship them directly from our
stock or take just few days to finish the products. In a word, the
delivery time should depend on the order quantity and also the
ordered product models.
Q5: Can you make the steel cable ties by customer’s special
request?
A5: Yes, if you have some special design on the products we can
offer customization service which we can fulfill all your
requirements. You just need to provide us with a sample or/and the
product drawing.
