Floating Type Full Welded Ball Valve

PURPOSE
Applicable to urban gas pipeline, large heating pipeline,various liquid,gas,and heat supply in steel works, and fuel supply lines.

STRUCTURAL FEATURE
Formed by steel plates and group welded, the valve and valve body is able to avoid leakage of any medium. The spring-loaded valve seat is more adaptable to pressure and temperature changes, ensures the close contact between sealing ring and the ball, and achieves flexible open/close operation under the premise of tight sealing. Both the ball and the valve stem are processed with precision machining tools to minimize the friction coefficient between contact surfaces and improve the sealing performance and the operating torque of the valve.

VARIOUS OPERATING METHODS
LUFENG provides all kind of valve actuators, includeing manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic , and pneumatic-hydraulic. The types will be chosen in accordance with valve torques.

DESIGN OF UNDERGROUND WORKING CONDITIONS
For valves buried undergroun, they have been provided with extended fod , extended pipe for maintenance purpose(exhaust pipe on bothsides of the passageway+valve seat injection pipe on both sides+discharge pipe at the bottom of the valve body) and control valve, so that the valve operating position above the ground facilitates operation. The surface of the valve has been coated with anti-corrosion asphalt coating protection or epoxy resin protection, on-site pipeline bridging, and cathodic protection to adapt to underground environment.
