Compound balanced weave belt is also called herringbone belt.It is a variation of the balanced weave,consisting of alternating left&right hand spirals compressed to create a very tight weave with a flat surface.Generally assembled with a straight connecting rod,but is available in limited specifications with a crimped connecting rod.

Troubleshooting

1. Such as net belt appear running pieces bias phenomenon,adjust the driven shaft at one end of the tension shaft,should be slowly adjusted,avoid rapid adjustment,causing the edge of the the network belt scraping.
2. If a network with jitter phenomenon,should check the transmission frame and roller conveyor tunnel has no corrosion to transfer phenomenon,one buy one to adjust.
3. Chain transmission net work belt,such as the energence of jumping chain,unstable operation,should check whether the sprocket at both ends of the active shaft synchronizaion tooth end wear.
