1. The extruder and haul-off adopt imported AC frequency control
device, vacuum pump and haul-off motors adopt high-quality brand.
The haul-off methods are two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw,
eight-claw etc. You may choose saw cutting type or planetary
cutting type. It is additionally attached with the length counter
and intensifying device. The equipment is with the reliable
performance and high production efficiency.
2. The production line is developed with the 1990s advanced
technology of Western Europe by our company. The main machine is
SJZ51/105 or SJZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, is equipped
with double-pipe single-control stainless steel spraying
&calibration tank. It avoids a waste phenomena when one pipe is
adjusted and the other one is affected.

2. PE pipe extrusion line is developed by Aorui based on European
advanced technology and R&D experience of the plastic machinery
for many years. Advanced design, reasonable structure, high
reliability, high degree automation of the complete line.
3. Extruder with special barrel feeding structure can largely
improve extrusion capacity. Accurate temperature control, good
plasticization, stable operation. The complete line adopts PLC
control system, realizing synchronization and automation.
Human-computer interface is easy to operate, convenient and
reliable. Spiral and lattice basket type die head for choice.
Dust-free knife cutter and saw cutter for choice.
Changing some parts of the line can also realize two-layer and
multi-layer co-extrusion. Changing some parts of the line can also
produce PP, PB pipes.
