African market .
the product specially used for 132kV current transformers , unit
product height is 1680mm ,
we produce such production in 1 single piece without any joint .
Both end of flange are ground porcelain , after grinding , we will
paint brown resin , make it looks exactly same as insulator body
color. the resin will never break off , and even after years
servicing , the color still shining and bright .
The EP1052 hollow insulator are made of ceramic class C-120 , which
has high density , and very good insulation performance .
and the porcelain was fired in kiln with Max. temperature 1280℃ .
it guarantee the final product can work more than 50 years without
any problem .
Applications:
Our customer will assemble the hollow insulator with other metal
tank and related parts into current transformers . the related
products working all over African markets.
