Description:
HIVOLT line post insulators are made of high quality materials :
1 top clamp frame and bottom base use high density ductile iron
,every piece of metal fittings are tested before assembly with
porcelain parts . the top clamps made of high density aluminum
alloy which are suitable for bare AAAC or ACSR conductors.
all ductile iron metal fittings are hot dip galvanized , zinc
thickness Min. 85um.
2 Porcelain are made of high aluminum porcelain C130 ,the porcelain
surface covered a layer of hard and shinning glaze , brown ,grey
colour available depends on customer's requirement.
3 the metal fittings and porcelain are bonded with portland cement
, the finish product have very good mechanical performance and the
quality more reliable .
Applications:
Suitable for transmission lines up to 35KV etc. The insulator can
be used as horizontal position , the insulator base are gain base .
it is suitable for wooden pole or round poles .
