Description:
1. Pipes made from PE are usually manufactured by extrusion.This
process starts by feeding plastic material from a hopper into the
barrel of the extruder.The material is gradually melted by the
mechanical energy generated by turning screws and by heaters
arranged along the barrel.The molten polymer is then forced into a
die,which shapes the polymer into a pipe that hardens during
cooling.
2. The main extruder adopts PE high-efficiency screw, notched feeding
cylinder and strong water jacket cooler, which greatly improves its
transmission capacity.The high-efficiency double-cavity vacuum
calibrating technology and spray cooling tank improve the rate of
finished products.This pipe extrusion line adopts multi-pedrail
tractor to drive all pedrails through central motor to get
synchronous height and guarantee pipe's roundness.And the
high-speed, precise designed cutting machine is low in noise.
