Description:
1. This machine can use the one step extrusion method and also it
can use the two-step extrusion method alter pelletizing. The
teo-step extrusion method can save the powder and space, the
two-step extrusion method features the machine can gain the high
output and stable extrusion pressure.
2. This technology is suitable to produce WPC products at high value
with variety of plastic and nature fiber, and the material is of
90% of waste plastic and waste natural fiber. With scientific and
reasonable technology, the machine has high efficiency and runs
stably.
3. A pre-heating feeder is mounted on the top of the extruder which
extracts the humdity from the wood powder , so that the feeding
section of the extruder can be filled with enough material and the
plastidication effect will be better. Special and well designed
screw enables the raw material to be evenly stay in the extruder.
The scres and barrel are bi-,etallic treated ,more wearable and
anti-corrosion.
