Process
material Hopper Dryer and Auto charger → PE pipe extruder → marking
line extruder → mould → calibrator → vacuum calibration tank →
spray cooling water tank → printer → haul-off → cutter → pipe
discharging rack
Description:
1. The Screw of the extruder is equipped with barrier unit and mixing
structure, and the barrel owns new style grooves. All of these
offer good plastification and mixing effect. Special design of
basket die head for HDPE(PP,PPR,ABS) large diameter pipe with thick
wall offer lower melting temperature, good mixing,lower pressure of
cavity, and stable production.
2. Specail design cacumm sizing tank can ensure the stability of
size and roundness.Speed controllers are used in extruder. haul-off offer stability
and precision. The whole line adopts PLC control system and large liquid crystal
screen, which makes the operation very convenient. The line can be
equipped with another extruder used for extruding the mark line.
3. The optimum spiral structure feeding throat highly improves the
output of extrude
.Accurate temperature control system ensures materials melting
performance. Unique screw design achieves better plasticizing and
high quality products. Precisely designed gearbox with a high
torsion guarantees stable running. "H" shape frame to decrease
vibrating of extruder.
4. Advanced PLC operation system realizes synchronization and
automation. Adopt automatic water temperature & level control and
special independent filters on both vacuum and cooling tanks .Offer
stable haul-off unit with 2-12 caterpillars. Provide saw &
chip-free cutting options. Low energy consumption, excellent
performance, and easy maintenance
