3D printer release film ,UV resistance film ,SLA and DLP type printer

Our 3D printer membrane is our newest products for 3D printer releasing specially .It is used for 3D printers which (UV curing,SLA and DLP type).It is placed in a tray for the glue to release, instead of silicone film

Main features:

1. high transmittance, UV light through rate of 92%, the curing time is shorter, better curing effect, higher precision printing;

2. More durable, release more than thirty times the number (refer to the printed page);

3. For many types of UV light curing 3D printer, A money directly to the protective film is peeled off the film, and then the release layer attached to the plastic tank, instead of using a silicone membrane, more convenient to use than the silicone membrane, frequency of use over silicone film, using a method similar to mobile phone film. B section without adhesive, glue around the bottom of the tank needs to have fixtures.

Size: 210 * 290 mm, and about the same size A4 paper, special sizes (20 or more) contact the owner customization.

Thickness: A section 0.125 mm; B, paragraph 0.1 mm.

Note: A paragraph has positive and negative film, after which goes without adhesive protective film, the protective film is peeled off the adhesive tape stuck on that side glue tank; B section is no positive and negative, can be used on both sides.
