1. Main introduction

H beam automatic welding and production line mainly have: multi-head straight CNC flame cutting machine, H beam assembling machine, gantry automatic submerged arc welding machine, H beam flange straightening machine, H beam shot blaster machine. Material from below, cell assembly, submerged arc welding, flange straightening, H section steel rust removal process is automatic.

H beam automatically assembling machine is suitable for assembling the equal and in H-beam. It is made of the left-right shelf, door shelf, oil urn, device for fixing position. It is devided as H-beam steel automatic spot-welding machine, H-beam steel spot-welding machine by hand.
