Intelligent charge/discharge tester integrates charge, discharge
single cell battery test, on-line monitor and activation functions
in one machine .It can find disabled batteries quickly and display
the remaining capacity of each single cell battery with capacity
test to battery, increase capacity and decrease internal resistance
of each battery quickly with activation. It can solve the
disproportion phenomenon of single cell battery voltage
efficiently. Test data can be displayed by big LCD. It can be
controlled by SCM. Voltage, current, time and capacity parameter of
single cell or whole group battery can be tested and set. After
charging/discharging, test data can be direct uploaded to PC or
transferred to U disk with RS232 interface. Battery remain capacity
can be analyzed and displayed by data processing software. All
kinds of chart can be printed.It can provide scientific basis for
analysis of battery capability.

It is of Constant-current discharge, intelligent three-phase charge
and real time online test to each single cell battery parameter.
Voltage, current, time and capacity parameter can be set. It can
achieve automatically testing, monitoring and activating to battery
parameter, testing battery lead voltage and single cell battery
voltage on-line or off-line.
Power consumption component is of safety, no red hot phenomenon and
long life of which material is metal resistance.
The application of data transferring (SCM to U disk) technology
solves the problem of large capacity data storage.
After charging/discharging, test data can be stored or uploaded to
PC with RS232 interface. It can form all kinds of charts with
software kit processing background. Battery capability can be seen
clearly.
Its portable design is convenient to high fluidity users.
Main function
Real time on-line monitor function: real time on-line monitor or pc
display with RS232 interface real-time: The currently data of
battery voltage, single cell battery voltage, time, temperature can
be collective displayed or saved. Data real-time curve can be
checked.
PC remote function: It can achieve PC remote control function of
beginning or stopping charge, discharge and activation and setting
parameter with RS232 interface.
Operation mode: 1. Constant-current discharge mode. It can achieve
automatically capacity testing to battery and load capability
testing to DC 2.Intelligent three-phase charge mode. It can achieve
the automatic conversion function of constant charge/floating
charge and constant current/ constant voltage. 3.Automatic charge
and discharge function. Charge/discharge hour rate, the highest
value and lowest value of voltage and automatic once circle
charge/discharge process can be set. 4.Battery activation function:
Activation times can be set .It can activate and repair battery.
Automatically stopping function: It can automatically stop
charge/discharge when meet following conditions: time out, capacity
arrival, single cell battery protection voltage arrival, whole
group battery protection voltage arrival and related parameter
arrival.Alarm and protection function: It can alarm referring when voltage
is abnormal and temperature is too high.
Adjustment and correction function of Voltage and current display
value: It can mainly adjust total voltage of battery, voltage and
current of single cell battery.
Data storage with U disk function: After charging, discharge and
activation, collected data can be transferred to U disk, then
transferred to PC and displayed or printed after processing with
data process software kit. These measurements can provide
scientific basis for adjusting battery’s capability.
RS232 interface communication: It can achieve data storage function
after real time monitoring, charge, discharge and activation.
Voltage homogeneity and stability of battery can be adjusted with
observing and monitoring each battery voltage and total voltage
before load charging.
Data processing software
Collected data of charging and discharging can be displayed and
printed or formed into all kinds of curve and chart with processing
by data processing software co-operate with intelligent
charge/discharge tester. It can provide basis for adjusting battery
capability.
