In order to meet the international demand of small and medium-sized
factory, we would recommend ZJ114 cigarette making and plug
assembling combination, including YJ114 cigarette maker, YJ214 plug
assembler and YJ35 tray filler. The combination is developed and
improved from original MK9/MAX-S/HCF80 cigarette making and plug
assembling combination. ZJ114 Combination adopts Servo driver, PLC
controller, industrial bus, touch screen, and valve terminal. Its
rated speed has reached 5,000cig/min for king size cigarettes.
Through the development, its stability and capability have been
greatly improved. In the mid of 2008, this machine has also been
successfully adjusted to produce super-slim cigarette at the
diameter of 5.4mm. So this set of machine could be customized to
the customer’s exact requirement. Nowadays ZJ114 combination is our
main product for export and is very popular in the world.
The hopper system adopts AC servo motor to directly drive the
tobacco cutting system, and it cancels the variable speed unit; in
the meantime, the timing belts are used instead of the gears, the
tobacco-feed evenness is improved greatly．Pneumatic control is
adopted instead of the magnetic control, and the stability of the
electrical heater is much higher.The improved rod feed-in device can not only perform the function
of breaking rod, , it but also becomes the support of the
subsequent rod. After breaking the rod, it avoids the failure of
rod breakage. The cigarette tip turner of MAX70 machine is adopted to increase
the stability of the performance of turning the cigarette tip.The material of the original catcher shield is nonmetal; it is
prone to be worn down. The improved material one is metal, with
greater endurance.
