Feature of welding roller stand:

• Adjustable welding roller stand can adjust the center distance by lead screw in order to adapt to diameter of work piece.
  
• Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
  
• According to the customer’s requirements, the roller has three forms: sub-rubber tire roller, steel wheels, steel and plastic combination wheel; it can joint control with other equipments.
  
• The roller stand is mainly used for the welding,polishing and assembly of cylindrical roller shell.
  
• It also can assembly and weld together with other tooling for the cone inequality diameter rotary.
