Typical Properties
White powder. The specific density is 1.25-1.35. Soluble in
acetone, benzene, toluol, ethyl acetate, hot CCl4 and hot alcohol,
slightly soluble in gasoline, insoluble in kerosene and water.
Recommended Applications
PVI can prevent early vulcanizing in glue processing, Improving
safety. At the same time significantly improve the storagestability
of the glue, preventing natural vulcanization phenomena. In NS, M,
DM, CBS, semi-effective orefficient systems, to improvethe plastic
materials capability. No foam, pollution and other adverse effects.
Mainly use for natural and synthetic rubber, particularlywith
sulfenamide accelerators composing a good sulfuration system
Handling and Storage recommendations
The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good
ventilation and should be avoided hot and sunshine.
24 months with the common storing condition. Recommend use of date
is within 12 months.
