Make sure all bird droppings and debris are cleared away.
Use a disinfectant to clean the surface.
Allow area to dry before installation.
Run a bead of outdoor construction adhesive down the underside of
the spike.
Also put a dollop of adhesive on each screw hole,allowing the
adhesive to
