Brief Introduction
Wood is a renewable source of energy. Because the carbon dioxide

atmosphere by the growing plant.

product.
Pelletizing is the process of making logs into solid fuel. the
final solid fuel pellets is clean, pleasant and
smooth, and its density is more than 1.0 g/m3. The objects are used
for burning purposes.

the wood pellet production line is consists of 6 sections:wood chipping equipment,drying section,crushing section,pelletizing
section,cooling section,packing section.
1. The receiving, chipping and crushing section
The equipments of this section are belt conveyor,crusher, fan,discharger,airlock and the pulse
dust collector.
The task of this section is to crush the raw wood into powder and
convey the powder to the
next section.
The process of this section is :
Chipping take the 1-20cm raw wood to the crusher, Adjust the feeding speed of the
belt conveyor according to the crusher’s load current, can ensure the full load working of
the crusher. The crusher is capable for cutting the raw wood into chipsand then crush the
chips into powder. The fineness of the powder can be adjusted by using different Screen hole.
Powders are then conveyed to the next section by the wind convey system of combined fan,
discharger and airlocks.
