Description:

This machine is used to shrink the film in bottle neck or cap, film heat shrinker could adjust temperature and speed. It is suitable for many kinds of heating shrink film. It adopts high heat materials and has good heat preservation and low energy consumption.

Working process:

Before using the machine, manual need to set the electric heating pipes into machine; then put a 5 gallon water with full water to upside down to the machine tank above, then water will flow into the samll tank; get through the power of machine, after a while, the water in the small tank will be heated warm to produce the steam, which steam will go out the outlet pipe of shrink tunnel; when full filled 5 gallon water bottles comes through the chain conveyor, manul put the bottle neck PE film to bottles, when gallon bottles are through the shrink machine, the steam will have the shrinkage function.
