Description:

The automatic crown cap sealing machine is designed for sealing glass bottle with crown cap, press cap.

It is designed with single sealing head. It has the automatic function of cap sorter, cap loader and cap pressing sealing.

The machine is full automatic. It adopts the high quality of stainless steel 304 material, meets the requirements of food grade. It is perfect in performance, reliable in operation and easy in maintenance.

It could be used single or connected with the production line. So it is widely used in automatic packing lines for various kinds of milk, juice, wine, drink, pharmacy chemicals, reagent, pesticide and so on. It is one of the most ideal automatic sealing equipment.

Working process:

After checking well the machine, pour the bottle caps into the cap sorter, open the switch, the machine will start, and the cap sorter will work for sorting the caps in normal order to the cap loader, through the vibrations function, the caps will fall off in the cap loader.

When bottles coming through the chain conveyor to the bottle capping machine, the electromagnetic induction sensor inducts the bottle, it will indicate the cap loader to fall off the cap to the bottle, through the cam and sealing wheel, sealing head will fall down to press the bottle cap, one can will be finished and coming out through the chain conveyor.

Machine transmission system: motor, main wheel, worm fear, limited cam

Cap capping system: Cap sorter and loader, sealing wheel, cap pressing head, compression springs.
