Description:

This tin can washer is mainly used for continuous washing for empty tin cans of similar size and shape. It is designed as requirement of filled drink in metal can. It is used to continuously washing three pieces of pop can; The machine is full automatic. It adopts the high quality of stainless steel 304 material, meets the requirements of food grade.

The automatic tin can filling line is mainly used to filling non-carbonated drink, like juice, milk, wine and so on.

It main contains the automatic can washer, can filler, can sealer and chain conveyor and motor, automatic with speed adjustable.

Working process:

Before operate the machine, please get through the power and water source. Turn on the switch of machine, then operator put the cans at the beginning of the conveyor by manual, the cans will go with the conveying force of motor; With the magnetic effect, tin cans are running down- opening to bottom along with the conveyor, the continuous water will spread into tin. And then the tins will be dripped drying when reverse hanging. The washing machine has characteristic on logically design, easy operation and higher production.

Components:

Machine frame, one motor, one set conveyor track and magnetic device, two set belt pulley and one set water spraying device.
