Description:
1. This automatic oange pulp juice hot filling machine for PET
bottle is designed for granule juice packed in plastic bottles or
glass bottles. It is full automatic with PLC control and touch
screen, set with air conveyor and bottle conveyor for better
operation.
2. It mainly contains the five parts clean water washing,
sterilized water washing, pure water washing, granule and juice
filling, bottle capping. So it is different from normal 3 in 1
filling machine, the three different washing part ensure the
cleanliness of the plastic bottle, after sterilize the bottle, we
can fill the fruit juice safely, without the worry of the bacteria
will make the juice get bad. After filling, then come to the
capping part, the high speed capper will ensure the cap capped on
the bottle stable.
3. The speed is adjustable and with high filling speed. There is a
motor mixer on the liquid filling tank for mix the juice and
granule uniform, for best filling effect. The machine is all made
of high quality of SUS304 material, meets with the GMP
requirements. It's your best choice for high speed of bottle
granule juice.
