1) Laser cutting : we use our laser cutting machine to cut the 3mm
thickness stainless steel 304 into different size due to different model
2)Punching : we use punching machin to make punching on the
stainless steel , the punching position is fixed and measured by machine .
3)Bending :because the orange juicer machine require different
angles , so we need bend the stainess to meet the demand .
4)Moulding : we use injection moulding machine to make the spare
parts like protruding ball , concave squeezer ,peeler etc .
5)Welding : weld internal parts like motor case etc .
6)Assembling :assemble the parts together .
7)Testing :all machine before exporting we need test 2 days , using
oranges squeezing and see how it is working.
8)Washing :before packing we need washing the machine clearly and
make it clean .
9)Packing :usually we put foam inside the carton and seal the
carton outside , if you need wooden packing we can meet you demand .

1.Wrench screws of the front cover and take off the cover .
2.Take off the holder of the peel razor
3.Wrench screws on the ball.Hold the machine with both hands,and
use two fingers to take off the plastic balls .
4.Do not use one hand only because this may cause injury.Since the
spinning angels of axles are different.
5.sometimes you need to take off(or put on)the two correspondingtop
and bottom
