Bifma X 5.1 chair seat vertical force testing machine is used for for the vertical pressure testing, destructive testing and fatigue testing use of the office chair Ipomoea base (Star Base) repeated pressure loading in setting force test cycle, as the fatigue test. Pressure on the size of the holding pressure time and cycle number of tests can be adjusted.

Product Description

Chair Vertical Force Durability Tester to evaluate the ability of a chair to withstand heavy impact forces on the seat. This tester is designed for dynamic and cyclic durability seat test

Test Properties: comprehensive performance test, Assessment of seat covers in the vertical load capacity of endurance.

Specimen: the whole chair, all kinds of chair.

Test program: Composed with impact test and Static front test

Impact test: Impact the chair with 125 pounds standard sand bags at 10-30cpm speed 100000 times.

Hydrostatic test: press the chair around the corner before and after slowly with 10-30cpm speed 20000 times.

Results evaluation: The whole chair will not lose the function after testing.
