Introduction:
The weighting room or the dispensing booth room is one kind of
clean equipment which used in pharmacy, micro-organism research and
scientific experiment, it can supply the single way airflow, and
part of the clean air will be circulated in the working area, the
other part will be exhaust outside, it can make the working area
negative pressure to prohibit cross population, it can guarantee
the working area with high clean grade.
Applications:
subdivision of powder of liquids, charging and offloading materials
to reactors, fluid bed dryers, granulators, filter dryers, glass
ware skids and so on.

Principles :
the air in the work shop will pass though primary filter, medium
efficiency filter and was pressed
into static pressure box by centrifugal fan, after that, it will
pass though the high efficiency
filter and blow through FFU, the clean air will flow by average
speed over the working area, then
it forms the high clean grade working environment.
Factory test:
All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and
performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit
is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and
the units individual results for each unit.
Factory test include:
-- functional test and visual inspection
-- electrical safety tests
-- air velocity testing
-- purification rank test (if need)
Warranty:
Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and
accessories.
All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete
with a report documenting all test procedures.
Additional IO/OQ/GMP document is available upon request.

it can refresh no more three times.
