With complete function of Both Electric and Hydraulic, there is no need to equip other devices which can be used as a separate system to debug and control at site, this valve can also be services as one unit of system for DCS, managed by central computer through the I/O to realize the united-operation by the water pump, turbine, bypass valve and other pipeline equipments, moreover, this kind of valve is also equipped with handwheel which can ensure that the valve can be operated even without electric power to meet a special debug and controlling requirements under a special work condition.

With features of good performance controlling and Wide range of adjustment, rechon vango hydraulic Counterweight Butterfly Valve are with many regulators inside of the Hydrau-electric system which can on/off the system set conforming to different pipelines’ requirements, by this way, not only make the valve meet the requirement of on/off condition, further ensuring the valve can (only) be opened at the pre-set time and angle, closed at the pre-set separately and slowing 2nd stage. To realize the valve off without power, effectively eliminated the water hammer and prevent the accidents caused between water pump and turbine, reduce the pressure fluctuation of pipe-network, ensuring a safety and reliable operation of system equipment
4. Main Sealing is with Secondary sealing of Triple-eccentric or double-eccentric sealing structure which is easy on/off and reliable in sealing. Further more; there is an extra enlarged eccentric structure to ensure the Hydraulic Counterweight butterfly valve is with perfect self-sealing function. Small and mid-sized butterfly discs are designed with streamline plate structure, while the big sized discs are with double plated york type structure with small crush, smooth flow, valve co-efficiency is within 0.1~0.6 which is more smaller than the ones of check valves (1.7~2.6).
