Pass through steam sterilization offers a wide range of application and is mainly used in the harmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Main application can be sterilization of

- Porous load, stainless steel instruments, empty bottles, vials and plastic containers, filters

and stoppers.

- Solution in Glass container like ampoules, vials and bottles

- Terminal sterilization of ampoules and bottles

- Sterilization of IV, Fluids in PVC pouches

• Operating Temperature and pressure:
  – Sterilizing Temp. : 121°C.
  – Sterilizing Pressure : 1.2 to 1.5 kg/Cm2, (15 psi to 22 psi)
• The Chamber bottom, particle filters and strainers are easy to clean. Vacuum piping has a filter preventing bedding from being sucked in.
• PLC validation as per 21CFR part 11
• Dimple jacket of 316L provided for enhanced/uniform and temperature distribution (within±1℃) during the sterilization phase.
• Multiple validation ports
• Bioseal: A biological safety barrier separates the sterile and non-sterile zone.
• Integrated sterile section with isolator.
• Trays, carriage and floor trolleys provided.
• Pneumatically operated sliding doors with safety interlocks.
