The details as follows:
The size of MGO board production line is 15m*1.4m*0.8m(length*width*height), and the size of the workshop is 60m*15-20m*6m, we need total 30 workers to operate the whole production line. The production line which I give you could just produce the common size of board of 1220*2440*3-20mm, you also could produce the sizes as you want.

Productivity: 1200-1500PCS/day
Raw material: MGO, mgcl2, glass fiber cloth, non-woven, wood chips and perlite.
MGO: The MGO from making the foreproof board is the light burning(also called burning) power, contain 85% MGO, and the LOI(loss on ignition) is 7.
Mgcl2: The price of mgcl2 is about USD140/ton
Perlite: Frankly speaking, the perlite is not very important for MGO board, it just have the function to reduce the weight of the board. The price is USD20/m3
Glass fiber: USD 1.3/m for the 1.3*1m
Non-woven: USD 0.07/m for the 13*1m
Wood chips: It is much cheaper in your native country.
