(4) The bibulous rate is low, bibulous rate is less than 0.5% of ordinary glass fiber reinforced plastic

products, and the bibulous rate of pultrusion profiles is only 0.257%, suitable for use in damp

environment.

(5) Low coefficient of heat preservation and heat insulation: the heat transfer coefficient of pultrusion

profiles with hard PVC close, made of the single frame of the double glass window insulation heat

preservation and heat insulation coefficient of only 2.69 W/(m2K), and with the same type of steel,

aluminum ingot thermal insulation coefficient of window is as high as 4.0 W/(m2K), shows that FRP

doors and Windows of energy saving is obvious.

(6) Strong corrosion resistance: pultrusion profiles by 3% HCI solution soak for 24 h, the hardness

retention rate of 95%.Soaking by 3% NaCl aqueous solution for 24 h, the hardness retention rate

of 89%.Therefore made with FRP pultrusion profiles Windows and doors not only suitable for homes,

hotels, restaurants, and more suitable for the coastal regions and corrosive working environment of

industrial workshop use.

(7) To adapt to environmental requirements: processing pultrusion profiles used in production process

has low noise, high efficiency, low power consumption, low pollution, etc, in conformity with the

relevant environmental requirements of the state.

The carbon fiber tubes Shanghai Lijin mainly produce is table-rolled and oven thermoset. The tubes can be Full Carbon or Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass composite, depending on the application, weight limit,mechanical

strength and surface requirement.Shanghai Lijin offers top quality ROUND carbon fiber tubes. The general OD tolerance we achieve is +/-0.10mm and it can be even +/-0.05mm after our special surface process.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.

Besides the traditional table-rolled carbon fiber tubes, Shanghai Lijin also offers REAL Filament wound carbon fiber tubes,which are widely used for mechanical strength like auto driving shaft, antennas, even for military

applications. The filament wound carbon tubes are wound at a certain angle like 30 or 45 degree. We invested the new production line from Jun 2013 and this increases Shanghai Lijin’s advantage in the carbon

fiber tube industry. There are just a few real filament wound carbon fiber tube manufacturers in domestic

China and we are one of them.
