1.Production introduction

Continuous PU production line( PU forming). The colored steel tile will start from roll former to forming machine. then it's going foaming, solidification, molding, cutting. It is easy to use, and high efficient, but low price. it is widely used to product polyurethane colored steel sandwich panel which used for steel structure and refrigeration house.

2. Main function and features

The machinery are controlled by PLC system, coordinate communication module and frequency converter, make it fully automation. the main system board used touch screen which is easy to operate. the production lines involves colored steel tile uncoiling, roll former, polyurethane foaming, solidification, automatic cutting, automatic stacker system. The whole work process are all automatic. The machine is perfect for producing polyurethane sandwich panel. It is widely used to produce polyurethane sandwich panel which used for steel structure, carport gate, refrigeration house.

2). The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 for engineer per day.

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
