Operation :

Partitions shall be top supported , manually operated panels stacked in an area nominated in the plans. When closed , the operable wall shall provide a complete sound retardant barrier . No floor track shall be used.


Easy Parking On Movable And Operable Partition System

In their stacked position , the elements form a compact package and can be accommodated in the smallest of spaces depending on the room situation . The low weight of the elements and the associated structural advantages are particularly noticeable here.The four standard stacking or parking track systems offer convenient operability with a minimum of noise from the individual elements as they slide into position on movable and operable partition system .


Specifications:

Panel Surface Finish :

The panel surface will be as per the clients requirement finished either in BUNGE factory – China or by others. The basic panels will be raw MDF (the finish materials such as laminate, veneer, melamine or fabric etc.)


Acoustic insulation Material :

Rockwool sound absorption glass fiber shall be used.


Magnetic Strip :

Ferrite plastic magnetic material will be used in between aluminum profiles to enhance acoustic performance of the wall.


Stacking :

The panels will be stacked as per the agreed method and in accordance with the architetural plan. Centre stacking arrangement will be utilized for the subject project.

As with all ourr products, operable partitions are custom manufactured to job site dimensions. Models are designed to provide varying levels of sound control. An array of accessories and options such as inset or full-height markerboards, pass doors, pocket doors, prep for windows, etc., provide additional functionality.

Although we offer the most comprehensive selection of operable partitions, occasionally our “standard” products won’t meet your needs. Our talented engineers can design custom partitions for a specific wall requirements and movable tracking systems for custom doors.

Operable partitions are available in three configurations. These configurations may be used alone or combined to create the flexibility needed. Operable partitions may also be combined with our accordion, glass wall and Summit vertical lift products.

Paired Panels

For wall-to-wall division. Panels are hinged in pairs and manually operated. You may completely close the opening or place pairs of panels along the overhead track for use as display panels or sight dividers. Paired panels are popular for fast setup in classrooms, meeting rooms and training centers.

Single Panels

Also known as omni-directional or individual panels, single panels are manually operated and offer optimum room flexibility. The track system enables the panels to negotiate angles and intersections and be moved to alternate locations. Curved and self-sorting track systems are available as well. Single panels are often used in hotel ballrooms and meeting rooms and convention centers; however, they can be used in every type of facility.

Continuously Hinged Panels

Also known as trains, continuously hinged panels are hinged together and move from wall to wall in a straight line. Electric models are often used in school gymnasiums, hotel ballrooms and commercial spaces. They operate with keyed switches.

The most popular panel thickness is 85mm and its height can be up to 6 meters.
