Introduction:
DNLRY series rotary flexo printing machine is suitable for
paperboard, chrome paper, adhesive sticker, aluminum-foil paper and
plastic film. The ink of this machine is water-based which is
environmental , it is very suitable for the printing of food and
medicine packing.
This machine can add extra function according to customer’s
requirement, such as continuous paper feed, slitting, waste-edge
rerolling, gold stamping, punching, also can add printing unit to
realize circle-circle die cutting, indentation, laminating, add
reverse printing shelf to realize adhesive sticker peeling,
laminating and dual side printing of various kinds of material, has
a strong ability of line-linkage processing.
Main Function:
1) Material-feeding system equip unwinding shelf, EPC device, paper
connecting board, first level tension control function, second
level tension control function. To insure the tension condition and
printing quality.
2) The frame of the whole machine adopts combined type. It is
convenient to operate and addition of printing group is available.
3) The main motor adopts frequency control, adjusted freely.
4) Printing group. The power transmission of printing group adopt
high-precision conveyor belt and high-precision gear box, to insure
the steady transmission. The transmission gear boxes adopt air
clutch function. The color register function adopt full automatic
computerized register system and picture inspection system.
5) The machine adopt three roller transmission printing. The
adjustment of printing pressure and ink-supplying pressure is
convenient. Pneumatic printing plate, the replacement of different
size printing plate is convenient. You can do micro adjustment at
the two side. The ceramic anilox roller adopt pneumatic-lock,
pneumatic-separated, location of the two side is adjustable.
6) Rewinding traction adopts auto tension control to ensure the
paper position, tension stability and printing precision.
7) Rewinding adopts torque motor to ensure the paper tension and
flatness.
