Description :

1. The new Emerald 76 is a joint development project with our partners; LCT Ltd based in the UK. The emerald is the pinnacle of British technology backed by Chinese manufacturing expertise.
2. The Emerald 76 comes with British designed fully automatic HTB feeder head. The steel table comes as standard for pallets to be loaded directly from the printer and into the laminator.
3. The Sheet size is inputted via a touch screen HMI. The overlap and sheet length are both controlled by the Emeralds’ advanced electronic overlap system. Advanced technology coupled with modern control electronics ensures an overlap accuracy of + - 3mm at full speed.
4. Emerald 76 comes with a No Sheet detector as standard. The No Sheet detector ensures that the machines stops when there is no paper detected between the Laminator Nip rollers.
5. Temperature of the chrome roller is controlled by either a Water Heater or Electric Resistors depending on the customer’s requirements. Normal running temperature is between 105 and 125*c
6. Hydraulics are used to create pressure between the high precision chrome roller and GMB LCT’s specially designed rubber roller, giving an excellent finish to laminating work.
7. A film reel bar is used to mount the Thermal Film. Film can then be easily adjusted using the micro adjust. Film can also be slit as the machine is running. A perforator wheel is applied to the film to create a weakness for easy separation at the Sheeter.
8. The Sheeter comes complete with an Anti-curl device. The Anti-curl device stops thin paper from curling after Lamination.
9. Paper is separated in the Sheeter by the PLC controlled automatic bursting rollers. Adjustment can be made to the bursting roller by the operator during running to ensure the best possible finish.
10. After separation, paper sheets will be sent to the vibrating jogger table automatically and will be put in order.
