Brief Introduction:

XSL series spiral sand washing machine is widely used for cleaning materials in the following industries:

quarry, minerals, building materials,transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower,

cement mixture station and so on. Sand washer is used to remove the dust in sand. It aims at improving

the quality of sand. The materials include the required gravel in buildingsite, gravel factories, hydropower

station and concrete dam site, post and electric pole factory, casting70 sand, glass factory’s quartz sand

and refilling pressure sand.

Performance features:

1. Optimization design of water groove, which can drain out the water to the hilt.

2. Professional designed stock guide , adjustable long overflow weir board and optimized spiral speed

make washing and classification to be more accurate.

3. New leakproof structure can reduce the maintenance work and upkeep cost to the maximum content.

4. The helical blade is made of wear-resistant material , this can reduce the cost and make the machine

have a longer service life.
