Ⅰ. PVDF Description
PVDF owns excellent chemical resistance, aging resistance,
processing performance, dimensional stability, fatigue
resistance and creep resistance. Compared with PTFE,
PVDF shows a higher rigidity and pressure resistance when
compared with PTFE, and high toughness at low temperature, but the
smoothness and electrical insulation properties is lower. PVDF
continuous using temperature range -30-150 °C.

1. The best materials for petrochemical equipment, fluid handling
systems as a whole or lined pumps, valves, piping, tanks and heat
exchangers.
2. To meet the requirements of anti-corrosion and fire-retardant,
widely used in the semiconductor industry on high-purity chemical
storage and delivery devices.
3Industry Application:
Especially suitable for applications requiring hightemperature
performance, outstanding abrasion resistance and cut-through
resistance, or superior chemical and solvent properties. Provides
electrical insulation and strain relief of multipin connectors and
solder joints. Ideal for applications that require dense packing of
components or visual inspection of covered components.
