Product information:
The test appliance conforms to IEC60335-1 Clause 25.15. It is used
to test the power cord tension and torque at the terminal two
trials of the appliances which are with a power cord, and intended
flexible cord permanently connected to the fixed wiring and other
household electrical appliances, medical equipment, checking
whether the clamping device is secure.
The test times can be preset (up to 999999 times), the test
automatically conducted, automatic calculate the test times, when
the test reaches to the preset number of times, the device will
automatic shut down and produce a signal of the ending test, the
load on and off test can be done if connect with a load.

Preparation:
Sample Installation: Mount the non-rewirable plug (test sample) on
the fixture and fasten it. Install requirement is to make the
lateral displacement of the cord and load to be minimum when the
flexing mechanism in flexing. The axial line of the cords should be
perpendicular and passed through to the flexing axial line.
Access 220V / 50HZ power, turn on the power switch, at this time
power indicator light flashes, indicate the power has accessed, to
check whether the emergency stop switch has popped up, after the
sample load supplied, the power cord connected, and the plug of the
power cord is inserted into the load socket, adjust the voltage and
current values to meet the test conditions, put up all the required
weights.
Record results:
When the device is running to the number of bending times preset,
the motor will automatically shut down, the indicator light will
illuminate and with sound alarm when testing has been completed.
The indicator light on the station remains in a state of bending
test, that is the station without broken plug’s indicator light
illuminate, the record value of the counter is the same with the
record value preset, while the indicator light die out on the
broken station, the record value of the counter must be smaller
than the record value preset. Therefore, before you press the stop
button, be sure to make a record of the test results
