Substitute Alkali agent Replace Sodium Carbonate
Soda Ash is a traditional chemical to fix dyes on fabric.But in
production,the dosage of Soda Ash is huge.
Soda Ash water soluble matter is not good,caking congestion
charging tube.The operation is not convenient.
If the material is not completely soluble,will cause fabric to
color flowers,and always make dye bath contains more carbonate(Soda
Ash is Sodium Carbonate),to make fabric with white spot,affect
fabric quality.
Alternative Alkali is a special fixed color alkali with
high-concentration characteristics, it can be used
in place of traditional reactive dyeing. It has the advantages of
reducing usage amount, simplifying the producing operation,
environmental protection and so on.
It is widely used in dyeying,textiles,yarn dyeing, piece dyeing and
cloth dyeing.

1.Do not producing the ash during use
2.Save quantity: only 1/8-1/10 of soda ash usage amount
3.Strong dispersion, avoid white powder producing,make fibre
colorful
4.Solubility is 2 times of soda ash,avoid dyeing defect
5.Save 40% washing water and 30% neatralizing acid
6.Save 50% cost comparing to the soda ash
7.Solubing in water do not producing heat
