Usage:

The water bottle filling machine is used for filling pure water or mineral water in PET bottles with screw cap.

Washing, filling and capping is intergrated in one machine.

1) Washer

-- 46 Washing heads

--No glass and steel outside protection frame

--Non pipe rinsing

--Stainless steel 304 rinsing cramps are used in the bottle washing process, which is hygienic and durable.

--The empty bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail.

--There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.

--Washing machine adopts Sunswell original overturn and double-opened bottle clip.

--Washing cramps is set with efficient spray on nozzle.

--The extrusive droplet with 15° angle ensures to wash all side of the bottle, and can save the water.

--Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

2) Filler

-- 46 Filling heads

--No glass and steel outside protection frame

--With streamline dial wheel and low gravity

--The speed is enhanced.

--Adopts the Siemens PLC touch screen

--Speed adjustable

--Adopts the hot filling structure for water filling, with vacuum pumping function, liquid high level tank.

-- The water bottle filling machine is reasonable and hygiene dead angle.

-- The filling valve material is SUS304.
-- The filling system has liquid level automatic control.
-- Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator, after filling valve contact the bottleneck, it start to fill.

--Bottle is conveying by the dia wheel in the filling part.

3) Capper

-- 14 Capping heads

--No glass and steel outside protection frame

--With transparent cap rinsing device.

--Plastic screw cap capping device

--With anti-cap removing unit

--The machine is polygon type with two pieces, which is easy to remove and shipping.

4) Vacuum pump:

Vacuum pumping for drinking water.
