- The tailor made welding roller beds is designed & produced comply
with customers special requirement.
- Composed by 1power rotator , 1 idler rotator, electric control
cabinet & wireless pendant controller.
- The power rotator wheel is directly driven by AC motors via
gearbox. Wheel rotation speed is variable frequency adjustable.
- Wheel center distance of the welding roller beds could be adjusted
by reserved screw bolt.
- The idler rotator is composed by pedestal, wheel seat and idle
wheels.
- Special made enlarge 1000mm forged steel wheel, made as per
customer work piece specification.
- Wilreless remote controller with interlocking reversing systems.
