APPLICATION

2. This series product applies UV varnish to coat either full plate
or spot on surface of printing substrates, then the coated
substrates are press with patterned hologram transferring film,
after curing in transferring unit, the film will be peeled off from
printing substrate, to achieve same hologram effect as hologram
transferring film on printing substrate. In addition, without any
processing, the same roll of film can be reused after peeling from
substrates.
3. Cost-saving--The ultra violet dryer system of this machine is a
special device to save energy by one time than normal curing
system. Since the film can be reused more than one time, it totally
reduces material loss to low down production cost.
4. Environmental Protection-- Without any plastic film laminated on
the substrate, it is much easier to be recycled and biodegradable.
5. Anti-counterfeiting-- With novel technology, it is hard to
duplicate the hologram image when applying customer-made
anti-counterfeiting film.
6. Value-added-- The transparent hologram image perfectly marches
the printings, its attractive metallic brilliancy totally enhances
the beauty of the printings to be shinning and sparking.
