Q4: When we create the artwork,what kind of format is available for printing?

-- AI, CDR, PDF are all ok, no less than 120DPI, the higher, the better.

Q5: Are samples available,are they free?

-- we have a 8 - year production experence and so have a abundant samples in hand,they almost cover all products need,if you just need the similiar products for confirmaton or test,the samples are free,you need to pay is just the courier cost.If you want the exact products you order,we charge the copper plate cost and can offer you samples in 10-12 days (the number of samples is generally less than 1000 pcs)

Q6: How may days will samples be finished?And how about the mass production?

-- samples can be finished in 10-12 days(including the copper plates making time)

the mass production depends on the quantity,generally,we have a production ability of 600,000 pcs per day,for small size,even much more

Q7: Do you impact the finished products?

-- yes, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before shipping.
