Its structure includes two parts The rubber layers is made of natural rubber, elastic fibers, and some other special materials. The head is made by metallic material, it closely integrated with the airbag body. The whole air bag body use spirally round making process.

the inner layer bag and cord tire .The inner layer is made separately and the cord tire is wound crossly from both heads. We inspect air leak points by through 5 steps during the whole producing process, strictly ensure the gas tightness.
