Application :
Manual cement grouping pump used widely,can be injecting cement
slurry, chemical pulp and all kinds of the low viscosity liquidity
good pulp material .
Mainly used in coal mine explosion-proof places need grouting; Mine
highway tunnel power supply, traffic inconvenience sites of the
grouting.

Working instruction :
1 Put the incoming hose into the liquid material .
2 The operator stand on the Base of the pump ,then pull the Rocker
arm up and down ,then the material will out from the Outgoing hose
.
Machine principles:
Simply say is the piston movement, piston out, this time the ball
at inlet opening, outlet gate ball close. When the piston advancing
the material, then close the inlet ball, outlet ball open.
Reciprocation. There is a sealing ring between the slurry and the
piston . Piston with butter mouth needs added butter regularly. No
grease lubrication will cause friction heat , then produce abnormal
phenomenon, the performance is the piston can not move.
Precautions:
1, after each job is completed, washing machine and pipes. The
specific approach is: 1)put suction tube into the tank, rocker
rocking back and forth until the water outflow discharge slurry
pipe; 2) stir with wire midge mouth move the ball, the piston
chamber outflow of water through the grout port; 3) Tilt the
machine 90 degrees, so that the water flows out from the ball on
the chamber discharge slurry outlet.
